How it works . . . When you place an order on-line it is automatically sent to the company servicing the location of your show.  You will receive a phone call and a written order confirmation for your review and approval.  If you have changes to your order you can modify it and resubmit it on-line.  The Service Plus administrator will also receive a copy of your order and will follow-up after the show to make sure everything went as planned.  All the emergency numbers and contact information is available 24 hours a day, on our web site. 

Our mission . . . is to provide the most consistent, professional and enthusiastic service available on the show floor.  We are serious about service.  Service Plus has developed a specific set of performance standards each office has pledged to live by.  Clients will receive a request for comments and a brief evaluation after every show.  We collect, review and act on your suggestions.

The driving force . . . behind Service Plus are our clients, the exhibitor and the exhibit builder.  We understand what it takes to pull together a successful tradeshow.  Many of us have worked on both sides of the fence and understand only too well all the factors demanding your attention.  We developed on-line ordering to streamline your paperwork and created a "living document" that can be modified and updated continually.  We have lead men available to travel to any city to supervise your installation.  We take on the responsibility of asking for all the information we need to do the best job possible.  We constantly customize our services to fit each and every client's varied needs.
